Yes yes I know what a crazy name for a fish! But this is the Hawaiian state fish. A very special triggerfish who lives in Hawaii only. I totally love his name!

Humuhumu = fish
Nukunuku = nose
Apua’a = pig

“Humuhumunukunukuapua’a” would then be translated by the fish with a pig like nose. 

The funniest thing, is that’s not even the longest fish name in Hawaii! Do you know it?
